Specialized therapy for trauma, motherhood, and caregiving

You're holding everything together—but inside, it feels like too much.

I work with adults navigating trauma, motherhood, and the emotional weight of caregiving, helping you feel more supported, more grounded, and more like yourself again.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma can leave you feeling anxious, on edge, numb, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change.

I work with adults navigating PTSD and complex trauma, offering a safe, supportive space to process past experiences, reduce distress, and move toward feeling more grounded, empowered, and like yourself again.

Maternal & Postpartum Health

The transition into motherhood can bring deep love — and also anxiety, overwhelm, and a sense of losing yourself in the process.

I work with mothers navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, and birth trauma, offering a space to process what you’ve been through and adjust to the emotional and identity shifts that come with this stage of life, often referred to as matrescence.

Special Needs Parenting Support

Parenting a child with special needs can be deeply meaningful — and also exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming in ways others may not fully understand.

I work with parents who are navigating burnout, advocacy fatigue, and the constant demands of caregiving, helping you find space to process, feel supported, and move through this experience with more clarity and steadiness.

Support for Neurodivergent Adults

Therapy for adults navigating life in a neurotypical world — especially if you’ve spent years feeling different, overwhelmed, or like you’ve had to work harder than others just to keep up.

Together, we focus on understanding your brain, affirming your identity, managing sensory and emotional needs, and developing strategies that actually work for you.

ABOUT JACQUELINE RIPEPI, LCSW

Healing through connection and compassion.

I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, maternal mental health, and the unique challenges of parenting — including supporting parents of children with special needs and neurodivergent adults.

My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel like a safe, affirming space where you can explore your experiences openly and begin to make sense of what you’ve been through. I focus on building a strong, collaborative relationship so you feel truly seen, understood, and supported as you move toward lasting change.

I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and have been in practice since 2008. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy for PTSD, complex trauma, and related challenges. I integrate EMDR with a thoughtful, individualized approach to help clients process difficult experiences and feel more grounded, empowered, and like themselves again.
